The view and location can’t be beat! The place is well maintained. Watching the seals swim by in the morning was a treat. Very clear instructions are provided regarding arrival, the steep and narrow driveway, and parking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The view was amazing. Internet worked well. Hot water works - just requires a little patience. We (people and dogs) enjoyed watching the birds, boats and a seal or two. I look forward to coming back!

The townhouse was clean and precisely matched the description. The host demonstrated responsiveness and hospitality, facilitating an easy check-in process. A short drive from restaurants and outdoor activities. The deck offered remarkable views. The setup was both practical and thoughtfully executed. During our stay, everything operated smoothly, with no unforeseen issues or concerns requiring attention. The property was ideal for our getaway. Overall, it was a relaxing experience, we would not hesitate to book this vacation rental again.

We visit Bodega Bay at least twice a year and the #1 unit was one of the best we have been to. Very peaceful, clean, I would visit again anytime we vacation if available. Steve and Kristy were very accommodating and flexible with us.

We had a lovely time staying at Steve’s cabin on the water in Bodega Bay. The place is well appointed. The tranquility of the bay with the sounds of the birds and the beautiful sunsets left a lasting impression. We will definitely be back!

Steve and Krista were amazing hosts. Very responsive to all my questions and absolutely no issues with check-in or finding the home, etc. The house was fantastic. Stayed one night with my kids that were home from college who are usually away at landlocked schools. So was wonderful to stay by the ocean for a night. The most wonderful thing about this home is that when the tide comes in you literally feel like you’re on a houseboat, surrounded by the water – what an experience. One of the most stunning sunsets we’ve ever seen – beautiful pictures! Thank you and would love to stay again!

Great place to stay. Cozy house, amazing views of the bay. Located near everything. My family loved staying there. Getting in and out of the driveway was tricky so definitely follow the directions. Otherwise we’d stay again.

Watching the boats coming in from crabbing… watching pelicans, gulls and loons… all from the deck or living room! Fantastic! Lots of good restaurants to choose from, but the kitchen is nicely stocked and ready to go too! Quiet, comfortable… the host always responded within minutes to any questions during our month-long stay. Very relaxing.

The view from this property is unreal. The house is positioned over the bay so it sometimes felt like we were out at sea. We loved watching the seabirds and seals from the deck. And while we enjoyed visiting local restaurants throughout our trip, we found ourselves hurrying back to the house to catch the sunsets every evening. The unit is well appointed, as many others have mentioned. The driveway is a little tricky, but Steve and Krista left thorough parking instructions and all went smoothly. Plus, there is a general store with everything you could want within walking distance. We can’t wait to return.
